Black Ops 1 problem

I've been playing zombies on CoD BO1 recently, and I went to go onto zombies today, and every time I go into a different menu in the zombies menu (like going into private matches, loading the leaderboards, finding a public match etc.) I get a 'Please Wait'
in the bottom right of the screen, and it only happens when I go to play zombies (multiplayer is fine).

I've been looking around and I've seen suggestions of deleting and reinstalling the title update, installing Black Ops, and Clearing the cache. I've done all these and it is still doing it. Has anyone got any ideas on how to stop this?

I'm not sure since I haven't played BOPs 1 in ages, but I think that Please Wait is checking for DLC, as well as a Live connection. It's by design.

 

It's only started badly yesterday night, I had 1 rarely before then. I know it's not a connection issue, and if it was checking DLC, it probably would've done it more often, but I'll see if re-installing the DLC works.

It dosen't seem to be a DLC issue, I deleted all DLC and tried loading a private match, and it goes to the 'Please Wait' thing again. It happens before you can select what map to play.
