Black Ops 1 missing map packs

So I just finished chatting with Microsoft Support. Unfortunately he could not find any record of the purchases on my account. I can still play the DLC's on my Xbox 360 (since I did buy them!), so at least there's that. Looks like even though I did purchase
them on my Xbox 360, with the same account, there's nothing that can be done :/

On the plus side, for those of you in the same situation, we can still play them on the Xbox 360! Nothing will really be different, since those on Xbox One can still chat with those on Xbox 360.

don't really want to boot up my 360 every time i want to play black ops one, that's the point of backwards compatibility, still having the problem.

Glad to hear support was able to look into that purchase for you. It's possible another account has it's licenses tied to your Xbox 360 which is giving you access to the maps. If you have any other Xbox Support questions feel free to create a new thread

every answer is just telling us what we already know. no other account has the license, i'm not paying for something i've already brought, i need the problem resolved by microsoft.

If you are on Xbox One, try going to "My Games and Apps", going to Black Ops, then hit the Start Button, head to Manage Game, and the maps should be there if you purchased them on that account.

My DLC was ready to install right after the game was installed, no issues or anything missing, same account purchased from on the 360.

Also go to your 360 then account then your download history and see if its showing there.

also if you see it on your 360 choose download it again on the 360 this is force it to the xb1.

Are you sure you bought the right map pack? Because the Rezurrection map pack was released only for Black Ops 1. Black Ops 2 currently doesnt have map packs available. If you meant Black Ops 1 in the title of the post, then I have no idea. So.... the map
pack is only for Black Ops 1..... Sorry if you spent microsoft points on accident....

there's about a 1/100 chance that a map pack map will be randomly selected from all the maps in Black ops.

Indeed, the above is correct. Make sure that the account accessing the game on the XBOX ONE is the account which purchased the map. If you want to verify if the maps were redeemed on your current account. You can try to contact support, all your purchases
and licenses for each content will be documented under the system through your account. Let the support review your licenses in all of your purchases from the moment the account was created to verify it.

If its there, maybe the developer activision has not granted access to allow the dlc part of the access in backward compatibility. It is possible at the meantime, it start with the base game available to XBOX ONE yet no need to worry the important is to
verify on which account where the map's license attached with

If it's asking you to pay, the account you're signed into may not own the license. Is there any other account you may have access to that may have owned those DLC packs?

Also, which specific DLC packs are you trying to download?
