Black Ops 1 missing map packs

i downloaded black ops 1 from my 360 disc and only 2 of my map packs showed up for download, i had them all. when i try to download them i have to pay. how do i get them back and who do i contact?

Are you sure you bought the right map pack? Because the Rezurrection map pack was released only for Black Ops 1. Black Ops 2 currently doesnt have map packs available. If you meant Black Ops 1 in the title of the post, then I have no idea. So.... the map
pack is only for Black Ops 1..... Sorry if you spent microsoft points on accident....

Hi, map pack 1 "First Strike: Pack 1 [PL]" for Black Ops 1 on xbox one is glitched. On Polish Marketplace no one can download or buy that map pack

If it's asking you to pay, the account you're signed into may not own the license. Is there any other account you may have access to that may have owned those DLC packs?

Also, which specific DLC packs are you trying to download?

pretty sure i've only had them on this account. i believe they're escalation and annihilation.

 

I am also having the same trouble but i have non of my map packs

 

i hope they can sort it out

 

Check the marketplace here on xbox.com while signed in to see if you own the map packs, or wants you to pay. Maybe another account bought them? Also if you go to my games & apps on your xbox one, hit the menu button and select manage game, the map packs
should be listed in there.

 

it wants me to pay on here aswell but i've only ever used one account on my 360, none of the others have had live or anything, i know i got them on this account, is there any way to get them back? i could go on my 360 and provide some sort of proof if necessary.

 

I am also having this problem, but with all 4 map packs! I have only ever used one account as well. Please let us know if there's something that can be done!

 

same here, i have all 4 map packs but it is asking to pay for them, i only have this account so it can't be that they are licensed to another account, any help pls

If you purchased the DLCs on Xbox 360, then without doubt you will have them on Xbox One, long as you are using the same account your purchased them on 360 with. Go to your games and apps, hover over Call of Duty: Black Ops, press start, select manage games,
and the DLCs should appear next to the initial game, under the manage game tab.

 

That's the problem, they are not appearing there. I have bought them with the same account on my Xbox 360, so they should be there, but they are not.

If I go to the store it asks me to purchase them again. The only different thing I could think of is that I bought them with Microsoft Points, back before they transitioned away from Microsoft Points. So maybe the purchase records with Microsoft Points were
lost then?

If there is anyway you could look into my account/try it for yourself so you could see the issue, I would appreciate it. I would just like an answer as to why this rare case happens.

Like you said, the DLCs should appear, but they are not.

Indeed, the above is correct. Make sure that the account accessing the game on the XBOX ONE is the account which purchased the map. If you want to verify if the maps were redeemed on your current account. You can try to contact support, all your purchases
and licenses for each content will be documented under the system through your account. Let the support review your licenses in all of your purchases from the moment the account was created to verify it.

If its there, maybe the developer activision has not granted access to allow the dlc part of the access in backward compatibility. It is possible at the meantime, it start with the base game available to XBOX ONE yet no need to worry the important is to
verify on which account where the map's license attached with
