Black ops 1 maps bought with MSP gone from DL history

I bought dlc maps for blackops 1 years ago and recently tried to play it but it had dissapeared from my DL history, i bought them with MSP and with what was left i bought 3D golf, now while 3D golf is in the history the ressurection pack the only map i didnt
have were call of the dead and shangri la, yet my history shows none of the ones i bought with MSP, it will however show 3D golf which is what i used the rest of my MSP to purchase, having spoke to microsoft they refuse to acknowledge id bought them but when
i ask them to show how i bought 3D golf then they cant tell me. i have family i played he maps with and my GT is on the online leaderboards i got igh rounds on these map before i deleted them due to hard drive change. according to them if its not in the history
i never bought them yet looking at these forums its not just me, im kinda mad cos i spent quite a bit on it and now i cannot use so i dont think ill be buying DLC for xbox ever again if they can delete it and say i never bought it, they should have a record
of redeemed codes for every user but they dont so they can delete your stuff and say you never bought it. im going to contact trading standards as this in not right i can show anyone my name on the leaderboard for the DLC they say i never bought, its disgusting.

Missing content from my download history

hi i got the same issue with my xbox, ive had ONE xbox with 1 account for 3 years i hadnt renewed my account for a month that is the only gap and have not changed my xbox, yet i bought call of duty black ops 1 zombie maps and deleted them a while back ive
gone to get them again and its asking for money? i went to download history and it isnt there at all.......help?
