Black ops 1 backwards compatibility

Hey guys, wanted to back SPS up with some information:

• Currently, the primary way to purchase Black Ops is to purchase on an Xbox 360 console, or on Xbox.com.
  
• If you're on a child account, you need to make the an Xbox 360 console.
• You must be physically located in a region that Black Ops is available in and that is Xbox Live supported.
  
• You must have your billing information up to date with a form of payment on file, such as a credit card.
  

Be sure you meet each of those criteria when purchasing Xbox 360 games!

 

I went to buy black ops 1 in store and they said it was out of stock so I had to buy 15 pound xbox one currency, then when I go on xbox.com it says I have no form of purchase? When I have put 15 pound on my account

 

@aura ms store is different from.xbox store ones a physical disk VA digital downloads

Currency doesn't count toads xbox 360 purchases unless you use an xbox 360 console you must have a creditcard on file for.webpurchsses

 

As Mister Beep stated, I have met all the criteria, I can purchase other games for example Fallout 3, but when I try purchasing 'BO1' I get an error code. After trying to purchase the game through xbox.com several times I continue to get an error saying
"Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again." Hopefully someone can figure this out.

 

@ngocphi So why did the guy in the store tell me I needed to buy the Microsoft currency to buy black ops? But its a 15 pound activation code which he said I could use to buy black ops

I'm having the same Problem as QuelFintoPro, I have a perfectly fine disc of Black Ops 1, yet whenever I insert the disc this exact text pops up:

This Game isn't Playable here

What's the error code you receive when purchasing? The error code should look similar to 0x00000000 or XBOS-0000.

Try powercycling your Xbox One console before inserting the disc. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, or until the console powers down, and boot back up to reinsert your Black Ops disc!
