    Black loading screen when you first turn it on


    Hi I bought a used Xbox one from my friend back in October for a Christmas gift and today we finally turned it on and it went straight to a black screen with a loading bar it downloaded a bit but stopped we restarted it and everything but it will only still
    load to a certain spot

    Jigsaw Daily Challenge crashes today while loading Advertising

    Today Microsoft Jigsaw Daily Challenge starts normal, but crushes when I start the first game and after loading, when the screen turns black while loading the advertises, it crushes.

    Xbox 1 green screen startup

    WAIT! the Xbox one when you first turn it on can stay on the big Green screen for up to 10 mins! make sure you dont turn it off when it loading this screen. Wait it out.

    Hey there Ashley94Shanice!

    The screen you are seeing is an old System update screen. This will take a bit of time to download the update as this seems to be quite a few OS versions behind.

    If the loading bar does stop again and doesn't progress after a considerable amount of time (30-45 minutes) Please follow the System troubleshooting steps at this link.

    I cant start Forza horizon 5

    For real this sucks. Best game of the year and I can't even play. App insta crashes when it gets to the first all black screen. Loading wheel does a half a turn, then stops. Followed by app crash.
