Black Line appearing on screen in forza 5

Hi, I have notice a black vertical line on the left side of the screen that appear when I switch between menus, then disappears when game starts this has just started happening yesterday, anyone else has this issue? Also there is an added shadow around the
car also started happening yesterday. cheers

Xbox One X HDMI Out Port

I was recently playing when I noticed black lines appearing across my screen. After a while, the screen would go black for a second, and go back to normal, with the black lines still showing on the screen. A few more minutes went by and eventually my screen
went black entirely and I got a "no signal" message on my tv. I've tried switching hdmi cables, trying to play on a different tv, everything. I cannot get my screen to show up. The xbox still runs as far as I can see, it's just that no display appears. Is
there any sort of fix to this or am I gonna have to get it serviced?

 

Game Updates

When the update came out for Forza 5 when I inserted the disc, a black screen and a message appeared on the screen, saying Forza 5 needs an update, size 455mb.

It then went to 99% on the install and when finished it popped with ready to play.
