    Forums are strange on my phone so sorry if I'm wrong place, I pre ordered dbz xenoverse 2 at game, got my pre order code today. Have redeemed it on the xb1 but black goku isn't showing.

    I don't personally play the game ny young son does so I'm not sure what if anything I have to do to get him to be on the list of characters, on my games I don't have these issues haha

    Xenoverse 2 pre-order bonus.

    I pre-ordered Xenoverse 2 and one of the added bonuses was an unlock for Goku Black. I have been told to post here to receive the code as it has been over 2 weeks since the game was purchased and still no code. Can someone help, please?

    Did not get pre-order bonuses for dragonball xenoverse 2

    I preordered the dragonball xenoverse 2 digital deluxe game for xbox 1 and did not get bonus char black goku or the free conton city pole vehicle.

    Check your in-game character menu - you should be able to download/install the character from there. There is no separate install for him, he's accessible directly from in-game.
