You aren't getting supply crates, but instead actual armor pieces. Go into your armory and you'll see under the common items you have Atlas Campaign helmet, gloves, boots, etc. That is what you are earning.

Hard to find a full suit that way. Best I found was a bandit chief decked out in Dwarven helm, armor and shield. No gloves or boots (he had fur boots/gloves, go figure). never seen an enemy in Ebony and even though daedra look like they are in daedric
armor, thats just the way they look, they don't have any armor to loot.

I wonder if your Light Armor is increasing because you are wearing some. Maybe boots or gloves.

As stated above, I love me some NG armor. I do use Thalmor ( gloves and boots) spelling for perks. Next fav, would be some studded armor.
