    Black Friday purchasing issue


    Im looking for an answer here, I have went to purchase several games on the black Friday sale only to be met with error codes and "this could be an issue on our end try again" over and over, with some of these deals, in particular the complete Dishonored
    collection ending in a few hours Id really like some help or clarification on this issue.

    Black Friday Xbox One?

    Hello!

    I was wondering if anyone had knowledge of what to expect in regards to purchasing a Xbox One on Black Friday -- I know Microsoft has a couple of amazing bundles released as of now (i.e. assassins creed, sunset overdrive, cod). However, are these discounted
    bundles supposed to represent the Black Friday sales or do you expect there to be an actual black friday deal in a couple of weeks?

    I agree, that if you have never had one then Black Friday would be the perfect time to purchase one.

    I'm hoping I can have some help with an issue i experienced on cyber Monday. So I came home from work and booted up the new Xbox one S my wife got me to replace the one we lost while moving along with the Battlefield 1 disc that was inside. Saw a deal for
    Battlefield 1:Revolution for $29.99 and was ecstatic as you can imagine. Only that when I tried to buy the digital copy, nothing happened. As in I pressed "buy" and nothing happened, did not go to the next screen, did not ask me to confirm purchase...nothing
    - no matter how many times I pressed it. My controller was working as i was able to go to other areas of the screen, but nothing I did allowed me to activate any buttons. I have had my account for 16yrs and have made online through the Xbox live menus before
    so I am familiar with the process. Unfortunately it was around 10:15pm at this point and I had to give up without the purchase and go to sleep as I had to be up at 3am for work. Figured I'd call the next day after work and see if I can have it resolved.

    When I called Xbox Live customer support I first spoke to "Fabian"; I explained my unfortunate situation and he mentioned that Microsoft might be able to do a one time courtesy of honoring the price from the previous day and then began my first of five transferred
    calls. In the end nobody on the calls was able to help me, NOT from lack of trying but simply did not know how or did not have the authority. Hoping I can find an answer here.
