Black Friday offer: A Hat in Time

Hi,

Yesterday I've seen that the game A Hat in Time was in the deals of the black friday at 17,99 € (or 16,99 € I do not remebrer well) with 7 days time for the offer (as for all the other game). But today, when I whent to buy it I found
that the offer was not more available!

The game is in the list but the offer disappear!

I think this is absolutely not correct! Now I have to explainto my child why the game he want to buy have double of price!!!

Someone can explain the situation!!!!

Gears of war 4 didn't get my Gears of war collection Codes

I bought Gears of War 4 in the Black Friday Sale but I haven´t received the free codes of Gears 1, 2, 3 and others. Or it was a limited time offer?

 

Hmmmm, I'm not seeing that game listed in Xbox's
Black Friday ad, in Major Nelson's
listing for the sale, or even in the last
Deals With Gold.

 

I just checked the lists and haven't seen that title on there at all. Are you sure it was Black Friday and not another promotion?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention here on the forums. The way the promotions are set up is in a "Limited Time only" the only way to ensure you are able to take advantage of the deals is to get them when you see them available.

I know this very well, but it was clearly indicated as 7 days remaining!!!

And now it it the only game in the black friday list with no more offer available, with the clear indication that the offer end the 26/11!!!

It is strange or I'm wrong?!?!

I've just searched a few lists and didn't see mention of this game. Is it possible you've misread it?

 

I see it listed on Major Nelson's list, but it's not showing on sale in the store. It should still be on sale through the 26th though.

In Italy it is still in the list, but now at full price!

In my previous answer there is the picture of the screen of my xbox.

I think someone do an error and try to correct it in the wrong way.

I repeat, I think this is terribly incorrect!

 

Then at this point I would recommend reaching out to Xbox Live Support and asking about the game. It may have been on a different special (not Black Friday), it may have been discontinued at the request of the publisher, or a number of other reasons. As
this appears to be a special in Italy, if not all of Europe, localized Support will be your best option.

First page, second line! (Not too difficult to see…;-) )!

And do not seems only for Italy!!!

 

Then it may be a late addition to the Black Friday offer, or it may have been removed for one reason or another (the publisher may have changed their mind, for instance). Again, you should contact Xbox Live Support to see what's going on. Nobody else here
will be able to assist you.
