On the 21st November 2018, I recieved a message from xbox live with a $10 code. But however this code does not work as my xbox needs it in UK pounds.

Wait for black Friday it might be cheaper($20-$50 ) and it might come with another game. I bought mine last year for $369.99 on black Friday and got an extra controller with Titanfall digital code and Forza 5 digital code plus a 3 month xbl card.

Was this gifted from a friend, or was it from MS? I gifted a friend a game before (I am in the States and they're in the UK) and it wouldn't let them accept because they're apparently on a totally different system than us. For this you will need to reach
out to MS Customer Support over in the UK, they should hopefully be able to resolve your issue

 

This code was sent my microsoft, xbox live.

I did talk to the customer service but they just told me to post on here. Which did not really help me.

 

Have you tried redeeming the code? In the past I received a code for $5 and it still redeemed and give me £5.

 

Try redeeming it. You're also lucky you got a code. I've never received anything like that.
