black flag time saver resource dlc

i bought the dlc to get the 2500 cargo space but some how it bought it 2 times now it doesnt work at all

idk how it bought the dlc 2 times i thought it was a one time buy

Hello to all,

I'm sorry if I've missed something fairly obvious regarding this, but since I've searched google for an answer and have seen nothing related, I thought I might as well go here. Anyways, I've been looking around the Xbox store, both on their website and on
my 360, and could not for the life of me find the Resource pack for AC4. I located (or saw, I guess) all the other ones, but after double, triple, quadruple, quintuple, sextuple, septuple, octuple, nonuple, decuple, and yes, even undecuple checking, I still
cannot find what i'm looking for. I still have a feeling I've been doing something wrong, since I've seen no mention of it anywhere else, so if I do turn out to be incredibly stupid and oblivious to basic Xbox usage, please excuse me. If anyone has any advice
on the subject (and yes, I did turn it on/off and reload the page) it would be much appreciated! Thank you for your time!

had a look & can't find that pack either.It's possible it's been removed.

 

You should contact Xbox Support at
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us and they will be able to help you out and arrange refund for the 2nd purchase.

 

I had a similar problem while trying to buy it for Assassin's Creed Rogue since it appears as an expansion pack for that game. It didn't download, nor appears on the pending ones. Completely disappear. But it gives me the option to continue buying it...
so I tried download it for three times while chatting with the xbox support online. They cannot tell why this is happening, they said they will contact the developper.

The support told me this is a pack for Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag, and stated exactly the same: that you need to progress until sequence 3 memory 4 to see the effect.

From what I read from other posts it doesn't work on that game either...as it happened to you.

They refund me the value for the 3 purchases since it didn't work, so you should request the same.
