i also have a pre-order on which the code I entered is wrong while the pack provided with the controller works, we are on April 5th I'm worried a little.

I never got my Ebony Flintlock and I've redeemed my Black Dog set but it is not appearing in game.

I have not gotten either my black dog set or the ebony flintlock. I redeemed the black dog but still don't have it in game.

To clarify further, where did you pre-order the game? Was that a digital or a disc copy of the game?

If you pre-ordered a physical copy of the game from a participating third party retailer, you'll want to reach out to that retailer directly with any inquiries about the code they provided with it.
