Black dog pack?

Hi, i still havent got my black dog pack in Sea of thieves even tough i preordered the game. I bought it in the retailstore the physical CD the 18th of March and still havent got anything. Ive been in contact with both the retailstore and Xbox support. What
to do?

I never got my Ebony Flintlock and I've redeemed my Black Dog set but it is not appearing in game.

I have not gotten either my black dog set or the ebony flintlock. I redeemed the black dog but still don't have it in game.

Unfortunately, purchasing from an outside retailer would mean that the code for that content would come from that retailer.

Have you checked all the receipts that came with that purchase? Most retailers provide that code on a receipt or possibly in an email.

When you reached out to the retailer what info did they provide you with?

Hi, yes i've checked the receipt and nothing. When i called them about it they told me to contact the Microsoft support.

 

What retailer did you purchase the game from?

They would definitely be the ones to provide the content as we would not have a way of confirming that you preordered from a third party retailer.

Can you tell us exactly what they said when you contacted them?

 

Yes, thats what i told them but they told me i would get it on the release date. When i called them about it they told me to contact you on the Microsoft support on the matter. I bought the game from a Swedish store called Elgiganten. I still got the receipt
with the date on if that help!
