Hallo zusammen,

Ich hab vollgendes Problem, ich habe mir Black Desert für 9,99€ geholt.

Über denn game pass hatte ich die möglichkeit die Ultimate Edition zu spielen.

So was passiert ist:

Nachdem die Ultimate Edition aus dem Game Pass rausgenommen wurde ist auch die Edition für 9,99€ verschwunden.

Neuinstallation nicht möglich ,, Separat nicht erhältlich'' ist das was da nun steht.

Das Kuriose es ist aus bestellverläufen so wie auch aus der Bibliothek auf der Xbox verschwunden.

Ich habe nicht mal mehr eine E-Mail mit dem Kauf.

Das einzige was geblieben sind, sind die Erfolge.

Muss ich mir das spiel jetzt für 30€ neu holen?

Oder kennt jemand dieses Problem und hat nen Tipp für mich.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on a game. If you are unable to locate the purchase in your

order history. Is it possible you purchased on a different account? As you said you were using the game pass version, you may need to purchase the game as there is no record of the purchase. Support will go by the order history.
