Black Desert Authentification Failure

Still can't play the game.

Blackdesert support is closing my support tickets just saying "please buy the game again" I am not allowed to answer in the tickets, I have to open a new one.

MS support cannot help. They asked me, what they should do. But i don't know. Kicking the game out from MS Store should help. 😂

They told, i have to repurchase the standard version and send an invoice. -.-

Hi Chris,

If you are able to download it again, that means your license is not in jeopardy. It would tell you to purchase. The game most likely got corrupt during the update.

Never seen this message before. Was just after the patch. I have deleted it now and im downloading it again. That will take some time.
