    i turned my xbox on after updating some games but then tried launching those games and it said they needed updating then i tried to play other games it said the samething for every game and app so i turn the console off and back on and noticed it was just
    black screen after the xbox one x launch up video finished but i can hear the dashboard sound when moving the joy stick so i cold shut it off to see if it fixed it but nothing worked then i unplgged the internet cable and i could see the dash board but i plugged
    it back in to connect to xbox live and it was black screen again can someone help me please?

    I had the same problem just now. I went to start up my one x and after start up i just got blacked screened and cant to anything but power down option and pull up access menu but no movement
