Blacck ops 4 pre order

(Mod Removed-Profanity)..... i pre ordered Black ops 4 on the 28th of September, downloaded it last thursday and started playing it friday. So i been playing it all week then last night i got home went to play it and got the message your
pre order has been refund or cancelled and im like (Mod Removed-Profanity). Has anyone else had this happpenn to them?

If the game Call of Duty Black Ops 4 is no longer letting you play it and is acting as though you don't own it anymore it could be a situation with the transaction either being reversed or not going through. I recommend taking a look at your

Order History and seeing what the status of the purchase is. You can also contact your financial institution (your bank) to get more information about the transaction. Also feel free to
Contact Xbox Customer Support to get an explanation about what happened with that specific purchase or any available options or information.

I have the same thing. i just bought the game again so i hope i didnt bought the game 2 times maybe there is something going on with the game

 

Thanks i dont wanna risk spending another £85 just incase it happens again. Not happy at all
