    BL3 directors cut dlc


    Recently purchased the directors cut dlc for BL3 and it isn't allowing me to access it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and dlc 3 times with no luck. On the main screen where it says START ADD ONS if you access that it says THIS CONTENT IS NOT INSTALLED even though it definitely is. Any help would be massively appreciated

    It seems like you're having trouble accessing the BL3 Directors Cut DLC. Let’s work together in finding the best resolution to this issue.

    For me to better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:

    • What is the exact error message you encountered? Take a screenshot.

    Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    • Check to see if the DLC is installed correctly. Go to "My Games & Apps" on your Xbox dashboard, select BL3, and then scroll down to "Manage Game & Add-ons." From there, you should be able to see if the DLC is installed and if it needs any updates.
    • If the DLC is installed but still not working, try clearing your Xbox's cache. To do this, hold down the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console and wait 10 seconds before plugging it back in and turning the console back on.
