Bizarre Hardware Issues (regular Xbox One)

For the past couple of months, my Xbox One has had some baffling issues related to storage and connection.

The longest lasting issue is the most confusing to me. Sometimes, when I start a game, it will try to sync my game saves indefinitely, never stopping to say it failed nor making any progress. This only happens when the Xbox starts up in instant-on
mode. It can be remedied by doing a hard reset followed by a soft reset, somehow, or by using power savings mode. While this has some kind of fix (as strange as it is), knowing what actually causes the problem and any more permanent solutions would be much
appreciated.

The second issue appears to be related to the first. On occasion, when I boot up my Xbox, everything that appears when connected online does not appear, even though my network settings show that I am connected. This also only happens in instant-on
mode. Despite the connection, nothing Xbox Live related functions, nor do the pop-ups on the home screen. This tends to occur with the first issue, though the first issue can still happen without this one taking place.

The latest issue popped up around three days ago, where my installation queue simply does not function, and games do not install. Whenever I try to install a game, it stays at 0.0%, even while connected to wi-fi. If I try to pause or cancel the
queue, the options will gray out indefinitely, but will do nothing afterwards. By booting in offline mode, I can pause/cancel the queue, but the glitch persists upon reconnection, and no games will download. I have not found a temporary fix for this yet. I'm
not sure if it would have any effect on the situation, but they are being downloaded to an external HDD, whose games can be accessed by the console.

A fix for any one of these weird issues would be greatly appreciated. I'd really like for these issues to be gone before Cyberpunk comes out, as two of the three things here won't allow me to download it. And not having Cyberpunk just wouldn't
be cool.
