Did you know that in german and english this word is written the same, is pronounced nearly the same and has the same meanings - and the word is

BITTER

Why am I telling you that ? On saturday august the 24th I had my 10th anniversary of consecutive Xbox Live gold membership!

BITTER

Why bitter ? Because I haven`t received nothing ! Not even an automatic generated message with the usual "Congratulation bla bla...".

BITTER

But I must admit I expected even more than such a message !

I thought maybe I would get a special offer ?!

Like: "Hey we see you had a Xbox classic, the old and the 500GO Xbox 360, the Xbox One and now the Xbox One S and some hundred games ! We think you should have a Xbox One X ( X romanic number 10 ^^). So here is a special offer for you and you can purchase
a Xbox One X 75% off ! " But no, nothing!

BITTER

But maybe the reason for not receiving nothing is that I merged my Gold membership and Game Pass to the Ultimate Game Pass (until 2022) and the system "forgot" to send a message or to tell a Xbox staff, that there is a person who has such an anniversary
?!

I really hope it is like so, because I really don`t want to believe, that this is the way you treat your most loyal customers !

That really would be
