Discus and support Bitcoin redemption on Xbox Live in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I attempted to redeem the equivalent of $32 USD from bitcoin. I only received $25 USD in my Xbox account.     Bitcoin redemption on Xbox Live


    I attempted to redeem the equivalent of $32 USD from bitcoin. I only received $25 USD in my Xbox account. Also did not see anywhere where it said I couldn't use those funds for Xbox Gold. The whole reason I added the funds is to pay for Xbox Gold. Contacted
    customer support, and they directed me here. Is there anything you guys can do? Because customer support was no help at all.

    We're just other gamers like yourself so there's nothing we can do. I'm not sure about the exchange difference, but gold can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid card in a store. It's never been possible to use currency on
    your account to pay for gold.
