Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. In regards to Metro crashing, we'd recommend you try the

Game Freeze Solution to troubleshoot any launching, freezing or crashing issues with any game. These usually occur due to something going awry during installation or due to an existing bad file on the console.

In reference to in-game issues, like you stated you had with Awkward, that would be something to reach out to the game developers for as they are the ones doing the game coding for the Xbox One platform. I'm sure that they would be more than glad to have
some feedback on how to improve the game from someone who plays at the level you have achieved.

Lastly, we here on the forums sadly do not have the tools to assist with billing issues; however, as the Ambassadors recommended, you can
request a call from Xbox Support and have them look into the licensing issues with the games you mentioned regarding the double-purchase issue to see if there is something that
can be done. They would have the tools available to see if it is possible that the games were purchased on a separate or same account and investigate what may have occurred and how to move forward.

If the games are in your purchase history you shouldn't have to pay for them again. Just contact MS and show them you already paid.

Sorry to hear it. For the Metro games please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps. If it does not then try deleting the game, power cycling again then redownload.

As for Awkward, I'm afraid that you may have been misinformed. Any in game issue can only be fixed by the developer. No offence to the devs but I think throwing it back at Xbox because they say Xbox changed their developer website sounds like a bit of
a copout. Changing a dev website should have no affect on a specific game.
Please try contacting them again for more assistance.

Xbox Staff can see what licenses you own. It's becoming clear they don't care about their customers or these issues.
