Birthday Wish From xbox live Rewards

I was sent an email saying that if I tweeted a picture of the birthday cake to xbox live rewards with the
#XboxLiveRewardsBirthday then xbox rewards would tweet a happy birthday to me. I tweeted they didn't respond. In fact they haven't tweeted in about 22 hours. If you aren't going to follow through
on an offer than you shouldn't make it. I would think that a company like you would have a team on your twitter feeds promoting all things xbox and engaging your customers. I was really looking forward to this birthday tweet and I got nothing. I'm an unhappy
customers because you didn't follow through on your promise.

Not sure if I'm understanding you correctly, but it sounds like you're signed up for Xbox Live Rewards and are wondering about the "Special Gift during your birthday month" that they advertise?

Make sure to check the email tied to your Xbox live account. You should get an email from them that looks like this:

Hi xI iBeAsTzZ Ix,

Happy Birthday Month!

Congratulations! This month you'll be another year wiser. But what's a birthday without a sweet surprise? Try this: Enjoy 20 Microsoft Points as our gift to you. Use it toward anything you wish in the Xbox LIVE Marketplace. Your birthday Microsoft Points
will be automatically deposited into your Xbox LIVE account by the 15th of the month.

It's just one of the fun extras you get for reaching CONTENDER, CHAMPION or LEGEND status on MyAchievements from Xbox LIVE Rewards. Now, take a deep breath and blow out those candles!

HOLY CRAP!!! I JUST GOT 20 MS POINTS FROM MICROSOFT!!!!!

So I just an email from Xbox Live rewards and they gave be 20 MS points for my birthday!!!

While I can't say why Xbox LIVE Rewards hasn't tweeted, I can tell you that you'll want to post this in their support section:

I would suggest creating a post in the following link telling them your issue. Just remember they are very busy and aren't able to get round to everyone, i would imagine there is hundreds of people who are doing the same thing and are in the same situation
as you. I'm sure if you contact Xbox Support on twitter they will be happy to help!

I also got a birthday email expecting something in return for being a loyal customer for several years. I contacted Xbox, Microsoft store, and they sent me here. I mean if I wasn't gonna get anything they should say something.
