Birthday on Microsoft account is correct?

The BIRTHDAY associated with my Microsoft account is correct but the Xbox live rewards account status still shows up as yellow and asks me to change my birthday to a correct birthday.

Incorrect Birthday?

I had an issue a while back where i was suppost to receive a birthday gift for some xbox live rewards thing. My birthday was March 26 and i never received anything so i made a post about it.

I was then told by XBLRewards5 :

Hi ! The birthday we have down for you is the one you provided Xbox LIVE when you created your Xbox LIVE account. According to our records, the date you recorded your birthday was not for this month, so you will not be seeing a Birthday Gift.
We can let you know that the month in which you recorded down was August, so in that month, be Gold on the 1st and have a Gamerscore of 3000 or more, and you should see your Birthday Gift early in that very month. Cheers!

I have looked everywhere and there is nothing that says my Microsoft/Xbox account has a birthday in August. The only place that has a birthday listed is my Microsoft account Personal info page and it is my correct birthday, March 26, 1994. So can someone
please find the listing that says my birthday is in August and fix it?! PLEASE HELP!

I am trying to change my privacy settings for xbox, but can not.

We recently introduced a new, yellow "warning" light for issues with accounts that are not serious enough to prevent your account from working correctly, but may still be an inconvenience. However, it seems that the information we are receiving is not being
interpreted correctly. If our system is to be believed, you were born before Australia was even colonized (!). It appears that your dignified and mature bearing caused our system to incorrectly report your age. Apologies for the confusion. We are currently
investigating why some users are having their information incorrectly reported. However, this issue will not prevent your account from working as expected. It's just a strange detail we noticed on your account. We'll update you here when we receive more information!

We have determined why users are incorrectly seeing this notification and are deploying a resolution. You should see this notification go away by the end of next week.

It's not viewable because as a previous poster made very clear, Microsoft assumes that you know your own birthday, and you should carefully confirm it as correct before submitting it. Microsoft assumes that people enter their correct birthday, but as we
all know, it seems to be too much to assume that customers might actually do the right thing. In your case, it's understandable but still not Microsoft's fault that your birthday was entered incorrectly. Xbox Support will not be able to see your birthday
anymore than you can. This is so that parent's can rest assured that a child account stays a child account instead of a child wanting to just run in and change their birthday whenever they feel like it. EA detects your birthday tied to your Xbox Account,
and that is where it denies access.

If you created a Microsoft Account for your Xbox then you can follow the instructions below to change your birthday to the correct age. You will be asked to verify your age.
