Bioshock

I have purchased this game and had it on my HD for a bit...decided to move it to a 128g flash drive and didn't know that the the xbox section of the flash was almost full, said that there was plenty of space left, but when I checked on the flash drive from
the storage section of my acct on my 360 the game came up corrupted...along with Magic 2014. Now BOTH can NOT be re-downloaded to my harddrive. They get to 4%, reset to 0, get back to 4% then just quit saying that they can't be downloaded

The flash drive was formatted for 360 when I first got it and my system said it was compatible by the way

 

So I'm guessing that there are no xbox reps that look at these forums, and I've wasted $20 on a game that I can no longer play AT all...if that is the case that I want my $20 back

 

Hey there, Beradax! I'm very sorry to see that you are unable to download Bioshock or Magic 2014! Hopefully we can nail down what is going on, and if not, get it to the right teams.

First, I'd like to do a bit of troubleshooting so we can ensure we've done everything possible before continuing.

• Make sure you have everything on your flash drive saved somewhere else if you need to.
  
• Reformat your flash drive so that the console recognizes only the 32GB that it should recognize.
  
• Attempt to download the games again, and only those ones that you currently cannot download.
  
• If you have a hard drive inside of your console, attempt to download the games to that as well.
  

Hopefully that will help you out! Please post back your results. We want to make sure you get what you paid for.

 

Reformatted flash drive, after moving the three games I had there back to my HD, and attempted download to my HD of the game, still coming up "can't download game". I still have enough space on my HD to download it

 

Thanks for testing that out for me, Beradax! I am very sorry to see it still isn't working for you. I might have a solution, though! Another user stated that they attempted to download the DLC for Bioshock first, and then the game, and it worked for them.
It also worked for Oblivion for them, too! Hopefully this will help you out. You can see their exact steps

Haven't bought the DLC, had borrowed a friends disc that had the DLC content from the Game of Year ed. Sorry...but not about to take a chance of spending more money and not be able to use it

Ok...I did not buy the DLC, however, noticed that there is a 2k sale going on and decided to attempt download from that. Before it would hit 4% and reset, but currently at 45% and continuing. I think whatever the issue was has corrected itself...thankfully
as this completes my trillogy of bioshock games. Ty for your time Misses Q

 

Correction...got to 75% then all of the sudden, once again, can not download. Screw it..I want my money back I'll just go and by the hardcopy if I want it that freakin' bad. From now on I buy NOTHING digital

 

I want someone from accounting to message me and I'll give the information for the refund, I am NOT going to sit on the phone for over a freakin' hour waiting for someone to talk to and then wait another 1/2 while talking to someone about the issue

antes ya me había pasado con otros juegos, pero solo reiniciaba la descarga varias veces hasta llegar al 100%, pero con este juego es imposible no subo de los 34%.
