Bioshock The Collection

The game is £31.99 @ Smyths. There was and possibly still is a discount code for September preorders 'PRE5', potentially bringing the price down to £26.99.

I'll definitely replay all three games after Christmas including the DLC which will be new and fresh to me.

^I now tried using that code, although it said it has been applied the price didn't come down, so not sure if it worked or not.

 

Yeah I tried it too a week or so ago and it didn't work either, think it's selected games, worked with ReCore though

 

I would only buy this to stream it and you can't even do that?

I won't buy it until you can stream AND only when it's close to $10.

 

Yea I mean I guess I understand the whole song rights thing but I'm not sure why that would stop screenshots.

Technically this would be the 3rd time I bought the original Bioshock. I bought a used disc not long after it's release on 360. Then I bought it again when it when digital on 360 for the first time. And now I bought it for X1.

I liked Bioshock 2 but not nearly as much as 1. I'm not sure where my disc of that is. I bought the special edition that came with a vinyl of the soundtrack.

Infinite was better than 2. I still have the 360 disc and my songbird is on a shelf over my TV. I might be a big fan...

 

I picked this collection up since I never played Bioshock, so I'm sure I'm gonna have fun.

bioshock 1 was great but i never went back to play 2 or 3. too many top games on my backlog to even consider picking this up tbh. shame.

 

I picked it up for the XB1 since I no longer had all 3 on the 360; because it had better graphics, smoother framerate, and new features (the Bioshock History Museum was particularly awesome); and because I never beat ANY of them.

 

All 3 games were great, but I won't be playing them again.

 

It's on its way from Amazon, as I type this.

Look forward to playing Infinite again. My favorite game of ALL time.

I knew he was odd the moment he was born ;-)

 

Even though Infinite is a PC port, it's beautiful on my 73" Mitsubishi.

Really enjoying it!! ...the story, and gameplay.

 

Just started the first Bioshock game, they've done a great job remastering it as it looks fantastic. I forgot how creepy this game was, especially when you first set foot in Rapture.
