Bioshock The Collection

Did anyone pick it up? I know people are growing tired of remasters but I was really happy they did this one. Bioshock was my favorite game on 360 and I was happy to have an excuse to replay it again. I'm pretty bummed 2K has disabled the use of screenshots
and streaming directly from the console though. I'm curious as to why they did that.

I'm going to pick it up in the future because they are fantastic games but my money has gone to FH3 for now.

I think I read somewhere they had disabled the clips because of song rights but that wouldn't explain screenshots.

 

I haven't but I will at some point, Loved 1 and 2 (Minerva's Den was excellent DLC) didn't enjoy Infinite as much, but that could have been down to the fact I had just bought a new house and was in a state of upheaval surrounded by cardboard boxes when
I first played, Oh yea and the house didn't have any heating system installed yet and I was freezing!

 

My husband and i picked it up. Went to Infinite right away. I enjoyed that game and passed on the dlc so looking forward to it. Once that is done i am going back to 1.

So far it is good. Feels the same as when i played it on 360. Probably a little nicer looking.

Huge fan of this franchise on 360, but too many games coming out in the next couple of months so I'm trying to finish my current backlog. I think we are far enough into this gen to not need remakes now, and I've learned my lesson as I have bought a few remakes
on X1 and I've found they never seem as much fun as they did 1st time round.

 

I loved Bioshock 1 and Infinite but couldn't get into number 2 for some reason, I will be buying the Bioshock Collection when I can afford it though to try and complete 2 and to replay the others.

 

I don't see a reason to play these again.

But those who get this game, have fun.

Bioshock is 9 years old, so for me it will almost be like playing it again for the first time, and I never completed Bioshock 2 so that will give me a chance to finish that game.

 

I played only a little of 1 & 2, never got infinite. So I bought the collection to complete the entire trilogy. Enjoying it so far.

I'm probably one of a few that preferred the second over the first.

It's an excellent package especially for those that missed it first time around. For me though I did enjoy the series overall but not as big a fan as others so this is definitely one remaster that ill be giving a miss.

i plan on playing it again, never finished 2, and didn't finish the DLC for Infinite, i will most likely pick it up soon.

i personally don't understand why so many people are still against remasters, aside from these games being a really amazing experiences, as stated, Bioshock 1 is 9 years old, i bet there are plenty of younger gamers that may have been too young to play such
a game last generation, or even overlooked.

i've bought Halo CE 4 times now (if you include the MCC), and i know i've bought The Legend of Zelda more than that.
