BIOSHOCK INFINITE season pass store problem

hi there i just purchased season pass on my xbox360 2 days ago,same account on the same console,it just unlocked the special weapon for me,i cant reach the in-game menu to download DLC buried at sea 1 & 2,and that's why i purchased this content.there is
nothing in my season pass store,so can u guys give me a solution?thx

Sweet...sounds great. The season pass is always 19.99 now right? I am enjoying Bioshock Infinite a lot.

You say that you changed accounts; BMTBaconCat is not the account that you purchased the DLC with... You may want to sign back in with the original account and do a license transfer to your console to make sure that your content is still properly licensed
to it.

 

Try clearing your console's cache by going to settings, system, storage, highlight hdd, press the y button, select clear cache, then restart your console. Hopefully this will help you access the store.

Also, do you happen to see the dlc in the xbox marketplace at all? Try clicking on it if its' there and see if it charges you. If it does then don't do it. You should be able to acces the dlc in the on the game.

 

thx pal,already try dis b4,if i click at marketplace,it's gonna charge me again,the instuction was told me to reach the dlc at in-game online store(season pass store ).and in the menu of the store,just confirm i hv purchased the season pass,but no other
DLC links.its weird that i can use those DLC item in game and i can see it had reflash my achievements of those DLC story line but still dun hv a way to download those adds-on.

 

what about trying to delete the game then redownload it. See if that works.

 

iv del the season pass and download it again,won't works the game is a disc,didnt install to my console,thx 4 tring to help

 

Try installing the game on your hard drive. It might work that way.

You haven't recently switched regions have you? The reason I ask is because that is probally what the problem is.

 

yes i did switched regions to japan to read the japanese from a game"muv luv alternative total eclipse".but when i dl this content i've already switch back to hksar.is there anything i can do?thx

 

Ok make your sure you have the correct region your in now. If you do I want you to try a license transfer. This will transfer the license to the correct account with the correct region. While your doing that I'll look for more possible solutions for you
to try.

 

Hey law, I just found this on the support forums. That dlc might not be available in the region you migrated to. Here's a part of the article I found for acoount account migration to another region. I still check to see if there is still a possible solution
though.

What will not move with a migrated account?

This one’s especially important! No digital content is guaranteed to work after a migration. This includes things like avatar items, games, DLC, TV and Video content. If it’s not available in your target region, you’re not going to be able to get it back.
So, before you migrate, you’ll definitely want to make sure everything you want is downloaded onto your console. (It’s not a bad idea to back it up on a USB as well, just in case!)
