Bioshock burial at sea part 2 is not appearing

Hey guys, so i'm pretty new to xbox live and this is only the second game I have purchased through live (so excuse me for being a little nooby). My problem is that I bought the part 1 dlc (not the season pass) and for whatever reason only part 1 is showing
up on my add ons even though I have installed part 2 also. When I open up the vanilla game I get a notification that says something along the lines of 'You only have part 2 of burial at sea, please download part 1 to play) when in fact part one is all that
shows up whereas part 2 although showing up as installed is nowhere to be found (side note: part 1 works perfectly and I have played through it with no problems).

I tried to reinstall both at least five times, I even deleted them both from the hard drive and reinstalled from scratch again, so far I keep getting that notification and no part 2 showing up. Help me? I freaking love this game and the thought of not being
able to complete the story is devastating.

Problem with bioshock infinite's season pass (help please)

I have bioshock infinite on my xbox one by the backward compatibility. I bought the season passe, but i can't download Burial at sea part 1 and burial at sea part 2 episode 1... I'm struggling with this and i really want to play, someone help me please

Hi, Part 2 of Burial at Sea needs two files to play it. You have probably only download the 1st file. If you download the 2nd one also, you should then be able to play the 2nd part of the dlc.

 

I did realise that it's in two parts (both have been downloaded over and over) that's unfortunately not it. I think it might have to do with the fact that I (stupidly) didn't buy the season pass and it's messing it up or something. I dunno D:. Thanks for

So all in all you have downloaded 3 files, 1 for Burial at Sea part 1 and 2 for Burial at Sea part 2?
