Bioshock 2 won't start even though the collection disc is in and the game is installed

I have physical copies of the collection. BS 1 and 2 are on one disc. BS 1 starts fine and I have finished it but bioshock 2 says do you have this game or app? When I try to start it.

Problem With BioShock 1/2 Backwards Compatibility.

So I ran into a unique issue with the Backward Compatibility for these two games. I own both games Digitally and on Disc with the Ultimate Rapture Edition. The Ultimate Rapture Edition comes with 4 discs. I inserted the DLC Disc for both games and it installed
and downloads the DLC. I then insert the BioShock 1 Disc and it downloads the game. I am also able to go to the Ready To Install section and install the Digital version of the game if I choose. So I can have two copies of the game installed. If I launch the
digital copy. I am unable to access the installed DLC. However if I launch the installed Disc version. I am able to select and play the installed DLC from the main menu. Great this works as it should. Now this is where my problem occurs. When I insert the
BioShock 2 Disc it will only download and install the Digital version of the game. The game even gets removed from the Ready To Install section. So clearly the version is being downloaded. I should be able to install the Disc version and the Digital version.
I also can confirm the wrong version is being downloaded because I can play BioShock 2 with out needing the Disc inserted. So because the wrong version is being installed. I am unable to play the installed BioShock 2 DLC. The DLC does not show up in the menu.

So I'm hoping this gets fixed so I can install the correct Disc/Retail version of the game so I can access the DLC. I also suspect both BioShock 1 & 2 Digital versions are not using the latest Title Updates. Which is why those versions are not seeing the
installed DLC. I really hope these get updated to support the DLC.

Installing GTA V to USB Flash Drive

Once a game is installed, it automatically runs from the install. You never had to actually choose that option before to make it run from the hard drive.

Even though it's installed, the disc will spin when the game starts. It's to verify that you have the disc in. Newer games will spin for several minutes.

Update: 13 of my 35 disc based games will not install. Some never show on the screen or give a disc error, others give a disc error, and others start install but stop at 0% and give a disc error. Again, all of these are in perfect condition with no scuffs, scratches or smudges. The games that don't work are: Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection, Assassin's Creed Syndicate, Batman: Arkham Knight, Bioshock: The Collection Disc 1, Bioshock: The Collection Disc 2, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Destiny, Destiny 2, Dishonored 2, Gears of War 4.

Next I will test them all on an Xbox One X and Launch Xbox One to confirm the discs all work perfectly.

I still like discs anyway, even though we have to install them, at least it makes the game load faster. Discs are still great for collecting and faster installation

Went to download it as well since Bioshock 1 won't even play (literally 2 mins in and it gets an error even though it's a digital copy) and it's gone. Wondering here too.

I loved Bioshock 1 and Infinite but couldn't get into number 2 for some reason, I will be buying the Bioshock Collection when I can afford it though to try and complete 2 and to replay the others.
