Bioshock 2 disappeared on games on demand & content

Like the titles says i tried to buy some content for my avatar of Bioshock 2 i could find some stuff but then i realized that the game disappeared from games on demand

plus avatar content too!.

I have purchased the digital version of the game but then that means if i delete my game i am sure i will not be able to download again WHAT I BOUGHT because it's not listed anymore on games on demand! How is that possible?!

OK, i will explain this i few years ago when i bought the game on the Market place i could notice that the game appears repeated TWO times like if they were a different game with the same name but the difference was that one of them have certain content
to download that other didnt had like for example PURCHASING IT.. plus avatar content

Weird thing huh? I dont know if this is only affected on my region (Mexico) but it was fine until i noticed it has been removed and they left the Bioshock 2 that can't be purchased , It's the same for the avatar store.. Bioshock 2 appeared two times but
they had different content to purchase for your avatar.

See? the first picture content are not anymore including the Bioshock 2 digital download (which i will not be able to download again ..) and i wanted to buy the outfits for my avatar i hope i made myself clear.. and i hope i didnt broke any rule for posting
the link of the pictures but it was so you could see what i mean.

Hope there is an answer for this and that my complaint doesn't remain in the limbo as others i have seen, because it's not fair.

Does this game On Demand have MP?

It must be a typo, because Bioshock 2 on demand does have multiplayer, and its actually fun.

 

Content gets removed from the marketplace all the time and for various reasons. Anything you downloaded can be redownloaded again from your download history (unless it's extremely old and has been completely removed from the servers).

There are still a lot of avatar items showing via the website -

If you've bought it you should be able to download it regardless...even if it is "very old". It never gets taken away from people that have paid money for it.

 

Actually there are some items that have been completely removed from the servers and cannot be redownloaded through the download history.

 

Xbox does remove content from the marketplace from time to time to unclutter the servers. They also disable online play for old games so they don't have to dedicate a server to it, like they did with Chromehounds. Its unfortunate it happens,I personally
lost a bunch of purchased Guitar Her songs this way!, but it helps with Xbox Live's overall performance. In other words, don't that that Bioshock 2!

 

They should all be in your download history.

Unfortunately though the download history on the 360 can be a mess. I see loads of content unavailable listed. Makes me wonder if I have lost stuff I paid for.

Anyway a couple of months ago I needed to download the bioshock 2 DLC and it's definitely there.

I'm assuming if you bought the game that will be there too.

Not sure why they removed it from the marketplace but it was only supposed to be temporary.
