Bioshock 1 doesn't work anymore?

Discus and support Bioshock 1 doesn't work anymore? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I get the the 2K boston icon and the game just freezes for no reason.     Bioshock 1 doesn't work anymore?


    I get the the 2K boston icon and the game just freezes for no reason.

    Is there gonna be an update anytime in the future cause if not at least lower the price for the bioshock collection since one of the games is unplayable.,

    I agree same thing has happened to me, I bought the game and got all 3 but only Infinite works

    Yeah I have the same problem but mine freezes before the 2K Boston screen it freezes when you see the music players speaker I don't even get to the 2K Boston logo

    We do not lower prices due to an unplayable game. Furthermore, it's not really in our court, it's in 2Ks, so you would need to contact them, not us. Also, have you tried a hard reset before contacting support?

    That would all be up to the devs really. Make sure to hit them up on the 2K forums or their social.

    yes multiple times and I even uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, still doesn't work and you don't have to be rude with your answer.. that's not very good customer service

    yes multiple times and I even uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, still doesn't work and you don't have to be rude with your answer.. that's not very good customer service

    Just tried to play the game at a friends house last night and it did the same thing to us as well, Bioshock 1 is a damaged game and need to be permanently fixed cause it's a great game and now no one can play it
