Bingos don't count

Hi! I've noticed a problem: sometimes (especially when I got many bingos, ex 20-30 per match) at the end of the game my bingos don't count on my rating. Why is that? Is there a solution? If yes tell me please!

Bingo don't count

At the end of the games I've noticed that, many times, my bingos don't count at my ratings.

What is the problem? Is there a solution?

Featweevil8040 has lost all but the most recent bingo and power bingo called when viewing the statistics report

what happened is when they did the update they wiped everyone's bingos and power bingos, and also for travel patterens the one that count are on the regular card and not power card

When you run into this issue, are you connected to the internet or is it disconnected? It's likely you are being disconnected which is causing trouble with your rating updating. Keep us in the loop.

I agree with all of the bugs that Tgeary5 has reported. Since the "upgrade" it appears that several of the initial issues have been corrected; however there are still many, particularly the Power Card issue. I have also had bingos an been unable to claim
them. It simply gives me the count down and no bingo... I also would like to comment on the number of bingos it takes for a game. I don't think 30 is a bad number; but I understand that the system has bots playing and they claim many of the bingos. If
this is the case; I would prefer not to have the bots play and just play against other gamers.

I would also like to see a response from the Bingo team; as I don't believe they have responded to any of these issue in the past week since the upgrade.

From the very beginning,

Valid bingos are not scored. In fact, in my case: my bingos are counted in the end of game reward; they are reported in list of all bingos to the left of the screen during a game; but they produce not a "Bingo" happy picture, but a red cross and 10s delay
as if there was no bingos on field. Auto-bingo also does not seem to work (not sure in this point, as soon as I can't say what is normal behavior, but no "Bingo" picture also).

XBox connection is established, Facebook is not used.
