Bingos Called Account

Played one bingo game last night, I get one bingo, you credit my Bingos Called for one bingo. What happened to the 90 bingos I won two days ago and the 40 Power Bingos that I won? My Bingos called has not changed except for adding one Bingo from last night.
My Power Bingos has not changed in two days. It's getting to be a waste of my time playing these Bingo games. Could someone in Microsoft Bingo or Xbox, please fix my account??? Thank you!

Still haven't fixed bingo credits

I still haven't had my bingos called credited to my account yet. Two days in a row, I played and each day I won the total of 48 bingos. I have been credited 48 bingos called for the second day only, and nothing for the first day. How can I better my score
on the Leaderboard, when you don't give me credit for the Bingos Called that I win ? Can someone ... anyone, please fix this??? Thank you!!!

Fix my account

I have been playing for the last couple of days, I have been keeping track of my bingos won. When I go to the Leaderboard it is not changing my bingos called. I have 52 bingos that I have not been credited for. Could someone please fix my account on bingos
called? This is getting ridiculous, how the heck am I suppose to go up the ladder when you won't give me the credit? Thank you!!

It appears that the sound effect of using a power up does not seem to conform to the SFX loudness settings.

When you click the call-out-a-bingo-button bu someone else achieves the last bingo of the game, then you are punished as if you called out a false Bingo.

Did you check in your gift section for the Keys? That's where you should find them.

You can call bingos as rows horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Corner bingos are also valid.

Hi, While the app is working much better after the update, I still am not getting my community or personal rewards from the Power Cards. I don't know whether I should stop playing the Power Cards until this issue is fixed as currently it is a waste of coins.

Just an FYI, I had to download the latest update to Windows 8.1 in order to get Bingo updated.

Also not all of the bugs have been fixed - this morning I called a Bingo and the audio said Bingo but on screen it called it a bad bingo and blocked me out, the squares were shown correctly in green.

Two computers in our house husband and I both like playing Bingo but since the upgrade we are having all kinds of problems - game not loading and giving message server error, game freezing more than once during a game, call a bingo and instead of getting
the bingo get the red x stating bad bingo, and power bingo cards are not showing the amount of keys you will get or what bunch you are on like the 15, 40, or 100 keys. it is very sad when u find a game that you like but then you can't play because its been
messed up by a bad upgrade. It would really be nice if it could be fixed soon.
