bingos before enough numbers are called

I hear the sound and may certainly get the luggage belonging, (I believe), but the number is not marked on the power bingo card.

To explain the problem a bit more, I do it with an example:

I mark number 1 - 25-33 on the power bingo card.

During the game, I get star ball that marks number 33 on one of the bingo cards.

Then, as drawn numbers 33, and the sound and the picture comes up that there was a power bingo numbers.

When I've finished playing, it is not 33 marked on the power bingo card.

The summary that comes right after the game show that I have received a power bingo numbers but it is still not selected.

Now that you did the "upgrade" this week, this still doesn't highlight, but it does give the reward you describe.

But there are 2 new bugs not present before: 1, at the end of the game, my system doesn't allow me to quit or buy more numbers. Sometimes it will and sometimes it won't. It's hit or miss.

Issue 2, with the new layout, when buying Power Bingo numbers, it's REALLY hard to see the cost of the numbers, like the background from before is missing. Was that intentional. It seems like pieces are missing that were there before and the design is
hard to see. The overlay for power bingo fades into the screen of the destination screen making it hard to see what you're choosing.

you need xbox customer support not the microsoft, it is a small difference but enough that the umbrella of microsoft might not be able to help, the number you need to get a specialist team is called a recovery referance number and is emailed to you only
after you have filled out a form of information and been told that it was not enough info to give you the password reset. after those steps can be taken you can get sent to the specialists but not before. I am not sure what number to call for UK help but I
do know a few of my friends from UK have been connected to the states for assistance. Feel free to call the US number and get the help you need.

I finally used text support, could,not use call back since my pone number apparently does not exist. Half an hour wait in the queue and then bingo - sorted, I shall get my adapter

The bingo audio issue has happened twice, both when I was trying to enter the bingo very quickly before the match ended.

In regards to the power cards, does a reset mean that we will lose any of the rewards that we have accumulated? That's almost 200 keys for me.

Three other issues I have noticed are - a power card number selection not registering, it showed as selected on the power card and in the number list but when the number was called it was not shown as a power selection. Also, if you leave the game for a
period of time, sometimes the controls at the beginning (play, community button, collection button) do not works requiring a restart of the system. Lastly, when in the rewards portion you cannot use the plus button beside the keys to purchase more keys, you
have to click on a piece of luggage to get the 'buy more' button to appear.
