    I have now chatted with 2 agents; been given 3 email address (to no avail) and this website. I really hope you can help me.

    I have 3 versions of this game on my computer. The 1st offered part of each collection in puzzle pieces. The newer version does not. I find it impossible to find the parts of the collection offered in puzzle pieces on the new version. I end up playing
    both versions. These games share the same user id; 22331768. They also share the same stats.

    This morning I was offered a 3rd version; saying to contact game support with my user ids and the games could be combined. The id for this game is 4008333

    I would really like for the games to be combined into 1 game to play. Is this possible?

    I thought about removing/deleting 2 of the games but since I have the same user id on the first 2 am reluctant to do so.

    I am 79 years old; now have time to play the games and really enjoy them> Thanks for your help

    I would contact the maker of the game. Since its already 2 different saves not sure if it can be merged like that. You also dont want to run into the risk of corrupting the save file. *No fun at all.*

    How do I connect to MS Bingo if it refuses to open to the game? (MS 10)

    MS bingo was discontinued a while ago now, the online aspect of the game is no more and if you remove the game you will no longer be able to download it either.

    It went at the same time as all casual games on windows 8 went, they shuttered bingo on win 8 and win 10 for good.

    I like the look of the new bingo, but the power card is not registering when I have made a bingo...I just won 5 keys, only showed 1 won..!! and why has the coins you win decreased so so much, it will take forever to win anything or get to the next level...
    its frustating, this used to be my favourite game... having a rethink... so frustrating.
