    Bingo will not connect, keep getting connection error.


    So many comments about Bingo Error and then you get in and cuts off in the middle of a game. you do not refund the coins or the tickets for this error. Would like to keep playing but not if you are not going to fix the problem. WHY HAVE A SUPPORT PAGE IF YOU DON"T DO ANY THING ABOUT THE PROBLEM.
    WE GET NO ANSWER TO THE COMMENTS

    Microsoft Bingo

    I haven't been able to connect to Microsoft Bingo since yesterday evening. Keep getting connection error. The forum link provided in the error message gives another error message, that service is unavailable.

    Please fix.

    I don't experience the issue with any other game. I play MS Solitaire quite often and, when it gives me a connection error, it is because my internet connection has actually dropped. With Bingo, I often check my internet connection as soon as the error is
    displayed, and the connection is good. When I get the Server Connection Error in Bingo, I don't get disconnected from Solitaire, browsers, email or anything else - just from Bingo.

    I have read your FAQ and tried the solutions. I have the app updates set to automatic, so that is not the issue. And when I tried restarting, that did not resolve the issue.

    Hope you can resolve this.

    I am having the problem, especialy tonight.I am constantly getting the Server Connection Error in Bingo. All other games and browsing is fine. Mhy internet connection is great. It is extremely frustrating!
