    Bingo still not fixed!


    Gee, thank you for crediting my account with the 16 bingos I won tonight. What happened to the 12 bingos I won last night. Did you give them to someone else. Also in the Shop I just got my (5) tickets, but still cannot get the (20) coins. Please someone
    fix these problems.

    Still know freebies

    I still can not get my freebies for bingo. I play every day. Why can't you fix this problem? I see lots of other bingo friends are having this same problem. Needs fixed now...

    FIVE DAYS NOW -- BINGO STILL NOT FIXED!

    The problems below are still plaguing BINGO, at least at my end. Please Fix!

    Microsoft Bingo

    Still not getting credit for Power Bingo's. Is there anything being done to fix this. I got a request to help pick the next game for you to develop...how about BINGO.

    Still haven't fixed bingo credits

    Hi there, CeratedLily7928!

    Have you tried resetting your network and the Xbox App? To reset the Xbox App, we'd recommend following the steps here:

    -Open the settings app.

    -Navigate to System.

    -In the system sub-menu, navigate to Apps and Features

    -Search for the app in question.

    -After selecting the app, select advanced options.

    -Tap reset.

    Once you sign back into your account and launch this game, are you able to see if your bingos have been credited?

    power card rewards not received &very buggy

    Hi, While the app is working much better after the update, I still am not getting my community or personal rewards from the Power Cards. I don't know whether I should stop playing the Power Cards until this issue is fixed as currently it is a waste of coins.

    Just an FYI, I had to download the latest update to Windows 8.1 in order to get Bingo updated.

    Also not all of the bugs have been fixed - this morning I called a Bingo and the audio said Bingo but on screen it called it a bad bingo and blocked me out, the squares were shown correctly in green.
