Bingo Social Menu will not come up on screen

Discus and support Bingo Social Menu will not come up on screen in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have been trying for 3 days to retrieve my gifts and to send gifts from my bingo social menu but when I try to do this it either does not come up or...     Bingo Social Menu will not come up on screen


    I have been trying for 3 days to retrieve my gifts and to send gifts from my bingo social menu but when I try to do this it either does not come up or comes up and then crashes.

    Power bingo rewards.

    Power bingo rewards can be found on the opening "PLAY" screen in the "Social" section.

    Having connecion issues all day

    It gets to play screen and then a pop up box comes on screen saying connection problems I need my bingo fix!!!!!

    community goal reached, did not receive keys

    Found the answer actually... you have to go back to the Bingo's main menu and click on the Social tab. Rewards are under there. Hope that helps!

    Community goal reached - no rewards!!! AGAIN

    Go to the main menu and scroll down to the "social" box. Click on it and that is where you collect the keys from the power bingo community card. It took me a while to figure that out, so hopefully this helps you!
