    Why is it so painless for MS to accept me paying for items on the game, but not fix the server when they are very informed about the problem? Can anyone recommend a different site that would provide service to their customer/members more adequately?

    Problem with Micrsoft Bingo and Connection Server

    Will you please review the issue regarding server problems with Microsoft Bingo that has occurred this evening. When trying to open the game, the following message appears:

    SERVER CONNECTION ISSUE:

    There was a problem connecting to the Bingo server. If the problem persists, please check the Bingo support page at Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

    TRY AGAIN

    In addition, the coin purchase is not working.

    My server is working fine and the other Microsoft games are opening. Will you please review this issue and fix the problem

    no power-bingo's

    So am Ii to understand that your Microsoft Bingo is working? If so you are doing pretty good. Mine has had a "Server Connection Error" since late yesterday afternoon. The link provided displays community forum posts from last year about this and other issues
    that are not acceptable.

    When that happens that bingo server is completely messed up and you won't get any reward. Close out of bingo app completely and open it again, and you will probably get onto a different bingo server that is working correctly.
