Bingo Server Connection Problems

So for the last couple of days, I was only able to get onto the Bingo Server twice...and even then it kicked me out several times after I got on, in the space of 10 minutes. Barely
enough time to receive and send my gifts. I have tried logging on all hours of the day and night, (seriously, once an hour from 10pm to 5am), but it's the same message every time:

There was a problem connecting to the Bingo server. If the problem persists, please check the Bingo support page at
http://aka.ms/msbingost


TRY AGAIN

I know you will not resolve this issue. For whatever reason(s), it either seems to be beyond your abilities or inclination to do so. This has been going on to one degree or another
for at least a month. It's very sad to think that a company as wonderful as Microsoft cannot resolve such a serious, ongoing problem.

And before you even suggest it, I am having NO problem accessing other parts of the Internet. I have Xfinity's fastest available high
speed Internet and it works wonderfully...except with your Bingo servers.

May I suggest either a bigger, faster server with lots more bandwidth. Or, maybe different servers for people in different parts of the world. I'm no Server Technician, however, there
must be something that can be done to alleviate this problem.

Color me very, very disappointed.

I have no connection?

Bingo server same problems can`t play, I have no connection?????????

 

Connetion AGAIN

Why is it only AND ALLWAYS the bingo connection server there is problems with. there are no problems with Solitaire ???
