    I purchased coins for Bingo a few weeks ago. Never got them. Each time I try to play "you already own this - go to My Games or My Library" Can' t find either by searching. Obviously I'm not very computer literate, Can someone please help me?

    Hey there, do you notice that the purchases do not go through at a certain time of day or does this just happen randomly? You library can be found by logging into the Microsoft Store on your PC then selecting your profile at the top. Do you see any content
    to "download" when you check there?

    I'm having the same problem!! Are you getting error code 0x80004005? I'm also getting that error code when I try to log in to Microsoft Jigsaw AND Microsoft Jackpot.

    Cannot purchase coins in Bingo

    This actually has been going on since January and i would also like to have it fixed please Microsoft Look into it and Fix it. I think it's been long enough to have solved the problem.

    I cant call valid bingos

    Having the same problem.

    W8.1x64,

    Acer Iconia W700,

    From the very beginning,

    Valid bingos are not scored. In fact, in my case: my bingos are counted in the end of game reward; they are reported in list of all bingos to the left of the screen during a game; but they produce not a "Bingo" happy picture, but a red cross and 10s delay
    as if there was no bingos on field. Auto-bingo also does not seem to work (not sure in this point, as soon as I can't say what is normal behavior, but no "Bingo" picture also).

    XBox connection is established, Facebook is not used.
