    Bingo problems with the collections not updating.


    I have had problems before in the collections. Have played for at least 3 months in Mexico and it will not update to 21 of 30, stays at 20 of 20. Is there nobody that can fix this problem. Besides the game freezing and these collection problems I am ready
    to quit this game.

    Solitaire Collection will not load.

    I was able to play the Solitaire Collection yesterday morning and when I tried again in the afternoon, the Collection would not load. It appeared to start loading and then it was gone. No matter what I try, it will not load. What is happening Microsoft?
    There have been so many problems with bingo lately and now this. Where did the Solitaire Collection go? I don't want to uninstall reinstall because I will lose all the progress I have made. Thank you for resolving this issue.

    What happened to the Bingo "Collection Pieces"?? They are not showing up. Not in any luggage. Not anywhere!!

    The bingo game does not conecte to the server

    I've been having the same issue all day on my Windows 10 PC and haven't been able to connect for the past six hours. I have no problem connecting to the main Microsoft Solitaire Collection screen (or any other internet screen), just the Bingo one. So,
    this isn't an intermittent connection issue. I did check Windows Update and am good there.

    i've had the same problem although for a brief moment the one's that still haven't unlocked super sonic, jetlag, everday explorer, first flights showed dec 21 2015, and the other was last second bingo and symbol sightseeing i do know that some do unlock
    as before this update my last achievment was compelting a collection memtons and a few suovienrs but that was the 26th of oct

    I actually cannot connect to ANY of the games today - Bingo, Jackpot, Mahjong, or Solitaire collection. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!
