    Why can't you fix the Server Connection Error issue? I have seen where you are blaming it on people's computers or internet connection, but, the issue is occuring over many different computers, both old and new and over many different types of internet
    connections ranging from very slow DSL to extremely fast Cable (fiber optic) connections. So it obviously isn't either of those things and is a problem at your end. Here's a suggestion, fire all your programmers and hire a bunch of teenagers. They seem
    to be able to do more with computers than your programmers.

    continuing errors or problems with bingo

    Nobody seems to ever respond to people wanting information on here OR on the facebook page.

    At the moment there are "connection" errors meaning we are unable to play at all.

    Why are these problems never fixed - they have been going on for such a long time. It is SO frustrating, so annoying as is the fact we are kept in the dark and seemingly ignored totally.

    Someone needs to read AND RESPOND to the posts we are putting here and on the facebook page: without fobbing us off and saying "try a restart" as in most cases we have tried everything possible and yet the same problems are recurring

    All we want is to be able to play bingo without encountering continuous connection problems, without having problems being shut down at the end of the game, without the rewards earned not arriving

    And to be listened to when we ask for these long-standing issues to be resolved

    What are Microsoft doing about the continuing problems with connecting to Bingo and also to retaining history and amounts in Jackpot as well. I have not been able to connect to Bingo at all today and I have now lost over 5000 points in Jackpot because
    of collapse. What is happening please???

    I would recommend starting with the basic troubleshooting stuff (if you haven't already) such as rebooting the computer, checking for updates, and signing out of your account in the game and the Microsoft store on the computer.
    I've done all of the troubleshooting & reinstalling "stuff". I've gotten a new computer AND changed Xbox accounts. The problems have been going on for a couple of years.
