    What are Microsoft doing about the continuing problems with connecting to Bingo and also to retaining history and amounts in Jackpot as well. I have not been able to connect to Bingo at all today and I have now lost over 5000 points in Jackpot because
    of collapse. What is happening please???

    Can you give me some more information about these errors?

    When you say it doesn't recognize your Bingo, does it just lag after you press the Bingo button?

    I will check on the Gold card rewards and see if there's an issue on our end with it. I tried to reproduce the lack of refreshing tickets while running in the background but I wasn't able to do it. Are you running a lot of other programs or...?

    On Mon 30th Dec 2013, I contacted xbox online support as i couldnt get online with any of my games,i was told i had no subscription on my account,rubbish,i have 6 months still remaining,i was told i have nothing on my account,no membership,no points,no friends,no
    saved games,no game data blah blah blah.Twice i have been online to xbox support and i have been on the telephone twice but still have had no joy.Now i get told i have to wait a further 3 working days to hear from the escalation team,as it is Friday to day
    i wont hear until Wednesday next week,,,,fuming !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Still never got my gold card rewards, lost out on 120ish keys, check my gamertag for reference.

    I can reproduce the lack of refreshing tickets everytime, launch game, use your tickets, alt tab out of game or go to desktop, go back to game 20 minutes later, no new tickets unless you force close game with alt f4. The bingo issue is strange, you have
    a bingo, you hit bingo, and it just says a big X with 10 second timer. The other day I couldn't complete a single game in brazil room, would never give you any EXP at the end of the match.

    I cant call valid bingos

    Having the same problem.

    W8.1x64,

    From the very beginning,

    Valid bingos are not scored. In fact, in my case: my bingos are counted in the end of game reward; they are reported in list of all bingos to the left of the screen during a game; but they produce not a "Bingo" happy picture, but a red cross and 10s delay
    as if there was no bingos on field. Auto-bingo also does not seem to work (not sure in this point, as soon as I can't say what is normal behavior, but no "Bingo" picture also).

    XBox connection is established, Facebook is not used.
