Bingo not allowing free rewards for almost 2 months!

MICROSOFT BINGO SUPPORT, you are not fixing the problems. We try to be patient and the frustration is apparent in every post. Why can't you correct the multitude of issues that continue to escalate?? We try to be polite, we ask you to please fix the
problems, more issues appear, and you don't post an apology for the inconvenience. Most people who are actually able to reach "Support" are advised to uninstall, reinstall, etc., etc. It's our systems that are the problem. You caution us to beware of scammers
posting fake support numbers in the Microsoft Answers forum. Since you don't post any notifications in the games (other than "your rewards have been canceled"), how do we know that your Support Team is working to address the issues?? Today, Microsoft Bingo
does not recognize that I am a registered player, the games freeze, and Bingo continues to display a "Guest Log-In" request. I've stated before that people believe that Microsoft would strive to employ the finest and most qualified Support Team. A team that
instills confidence and trust in your programs/products. I have met a multitude of program support employees over the years. It hasn't been comforting that (when programming issues are the topic of discussion) a faint smile appears, and there is always a
subtle reference to "the irony of job security tactics". Perhaps you should consider whether or not that is the catalyst for your unbelievable malfunctions. A "want to be Hero" selfishly subjects all your team to overwhelming stress, ultimately provides
a bad reputation for Microsoft, and the public loses confidence in all of your products.

Why am I STILL unable to process my free rewards on Microsoft Bingo?? This has been going on for months!! I am nearly ready to remove the app from my computer.

What is going on with Bingo? I haven't been able to earn "free" rewards for weeks now and for the last 2 days I keep getting a server error so I can't play at all. This is happening more and more with bingo. It's incredibly frustrating.
