Bingo- not able to send gifts

Discus and support Bingo- not able to send gifts in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Just started with group support in Microsoft Bingo game.     Bingo- not able to send gifts


    Just started with group support in Microsoft Bingo game. The send button is not activated for me to send keys and powerups to my group.Please advise how I might do this.

    Kicked out when trying to gift or get gifts

    I am not able to send my free gifts to my Bingo friends. When I try to send or get gifts, I get kicked out of Bingo. When will this problem be fixed? I see from posts here as well as from chatting that others are having the same issue. Please support your
    applications and improve my poor opinion of Microsoft.

    Hey there EditedCafe69495,

    Where and How are you trying to send gifts exactly? To do this in Microsoft Bingo, you would click on "Social" from the main menu of the game and then you'll see the option to Send Keys or Send Powerups.

    Let us know where you get stuck if you do! Bingo- not able to send gifts :)

    Microsoft Bingo

    Please help. I am able to connect to Microsoft Bingo and go into Social. I am not able to send gifts to Bingo friends. I am only able to redeem one gift at a time. This is very time consuming and not very much fun. I am getting really frustrated because
    this is going on day after day. I have reset Microsoft Bingo and Xbox.

    I've seen a few reports that this usually happens when attempting to send gifts to multiple people at once. Are you able to open or send individual gifts?
