    Why do I get a msg that states Bingo is no longer available to me? States I should go to my account, which states that it is installed. Why is this happening?

    Error code when opening MS Bingo

    I keep getting error code 0x803f8001. It says that bingo is no longer available in my account. This just happened about half hour ago after I purchased coins. What happened? Please advise asap!!! I says to check my account.

    Bingo is now shutdown, hence why you can no longer connect.

    The Microsoft Casual Games team recently announced that they will close the service for Microsoft Bingo on all devices in April 2021. After this date, you’ll no longer be able to play the game or access any in-game items, such as tickets or coins.

    If you go to the Facebook page, it tells you it is no longer supported after April next year, but it looks like they took it down sooner.

    5, 2021    .

    It is with deep regret, that after seven years we are unable to dedicate the necessary resources to continue providing this beloved game experience.

    On September 22, 2020, Microsoft Bingo will no longer be available for download in the Microsoft Store. As of October
    5, 2020    , Microsoft Bingo will remove the ability to purchase, or earn in-game tickets and coins.

    Current players may continue to enjoy Microsoft Bingo with its remaining features and content through April 5, 2021 when the game service will officially retire and no
    longer be accessible on any platform or device.

    when is someone going to fix bingo?

    As already mentioned,the servers for Microsoft Bingo were shut down last month so the game will no longer work.

    How do I connect to MS Bingo if it refuses to open to the game? (MS 10)

    MS bingo was discontinued a while ago now, the online aspect of the game is no more and if you remove the game you will no longer be able to download it either.

    It went at the same time as all casual games on windows 8 went, they shuttered bingo on win 8 and win 10 for good.
